Abstract

KIN Topeng Malangan is an MSME in Malang that produces and sells Malangan mask souvenirs made of fiberglass, as well as other fiberglass souvenirs. KIN Topeng Malangan is a place to preserve cultural heritage in the city of Malang. Since KIN Topeng Malangan does not yet have a website, this research focuses on developing a bilingual one. The purpose of this research is to create a bilingual website that is used as a digital promotional medium to reach a broader market while preserving cultural heritage products. This research used the Design and Development Research (DDR) method, which consists of five key stages:  analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data was collected through three approach: interview, observation, and questionnaires. Language, IT, and design experts validated the final product to ensure it met the quality criteria.The results show that the KIN Topeng Malangan website has been successfully created and is functional as a means of preserving local cultural heritage and serving as a medium for information dissemination and promotion, and it meets the standards for quality websites. This is evidenced by the positive responses and reviews of customers and potential customers, which indicate that the website is well-designed and ready for publication.
